How long will it take to complete the course?
The average course completion time is 3 weeks (based on 2 lessons per week).
The additional bonus modules can be completed whenever you choose either during or after the main course is completed.
How much time will I need to set aside to complete the course each week?
Approximately 1-1.5 hours per week for the online lessons and workbook activities.
Once you get the hang of using the daily Reflection and Intention Journal it should only take you around 10-15 minutes per evening to complete (although, of course, you can take as much time as you like).
Do I have to use the Journal?
Although the journal is optional, using it will really help you to get the most out of the course.
