I’m not into telling people what to do, in fact, I believe that moments of self-enlightenment are most often my clients greatest motivation. So instead of telling you what to do, I use powerful questioning techniques to enable you to connect with what matters to you and reveal what actions and changes will make the difference to how you feel mentally, physically and emotionally.

Once you know what you want and the actions you need to take, I help you to plan out how to implement changes at a pace that works for you.
